The fact that my 10 year old twins ask for this if I forget to give them their teaspoon in the morning is strong indicator. I put a teaspoon in my morning yogurt in the morning and it livens it up with the lemon flavor. No fish burps or aftertaste. This will be a staple in our house for the long term.
