Shipping took quite a long time

Item was ordered on July 1. It is July 20 with nothing received. I got an email requesting a street address because UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. A UPS label was created but nothing shipped. A replacement was shipped, now through USPS who does not deliver to the street address so the PO BOX should have been used. I'll be lucky if I ever see the item arrive. Not real happy.

took a really long time and ended up disappointed with the products. they are very cute though and i like the material

Produce was lost, got a weird text message from DHL saying they are trying to locate the missing package but needed to know what was in it. Why is beyond me because the product was shipped in a brown box.

I specifically sent a different email stating to change the shipping name from verizon.net I don’t know where that came from to my name so I would personally open the package when I got the package it was already opened because it was not addressed to my name not only was it embarrassing but it was also disappointing
