Easy ordering. Failure at shipping with reliable company. Never received order over the course of two weeks.

My items were returned to shipper and I need a way to find out why and what to do.

The slide falls off the faucet and even when it stays on, the water pressure is nowhere near enough to have an effect. Super disappointed because the idea is amazing, I was really excited to try this. It just didn’t deliver.
