Really just tried this bc I had tried most everything else. This is not a panacea for all sleep problems but it definitely helps me. I have an 8 Sleep that tracks all my sleeping data and the difference on nights when I use this vape and nights when I don’t are evident. Overall, I fall asleep faster and seem to have better general quality of sleep. Not a big review writer but I feel like you guys earned this one.
