I love shopping with Universal Companies because the ordering process is seamless and easy. I love the loyalty program and the ability to view what I have accumulated. It feels satisfying to concentrate more purchases to your company because I feel like I’m getting a real, tangible reward when I redeem my points for a gift card number. The act of entering a discount code or gc # and seeing the amount due go down, feels good to me. The picking, packing and shipping is all very consistent. When I’ve had to return an item or the rare occasion something was defective, I appreciated that it was a personal process. It feels like it protects your company from fraud, but I have never felt like I had to fight for what was right when I needed customer service. It was thoughtful, not giving away your profits, but fair and caring to me as the customer. The people I’ve spoken to when handling g a return seemed really knowledgeable and helpful at solving whatever the issue was. I really enjoy working with your company!
