Box was damaged upon delivery. I reached out to customer service and no one responded

I bought a pair on 12/17. It is now 1/15 and my purchase has STILL not been delivered. I wish I'd bought glasses elsewhere. I could haven been using them for the last month.

Never received my order, and it takes more than a week for the customer support per email
