I purchased over the glasses version. It does cut the lights out. A little awkward, not sure it is maki g a difference on sleeping. Still new to these.

The lens is great and has helped to increase my deep sleep but the glasses are very uncomfortable and steam up every time I wear. I had to remove the bummer to try to stop them steaming and also wear them a little down my nose to allow airflow but the temple tips then hit a spot behind my ear and cause pain. Adjustable temples would solve this problem for me.

This product delivers on what it is supposed to. When wearing them, everything looks like a horror movie--red everywhere! And it is quite dark, so doing anything requires a really bright room to be able to work in. It takes some getting used to. I didn't really notice a difference in my sleep -- but I am generally a sound sleeper anyways. Maybe I dream a bit more. In wearing the over the glasses model, I found they fit well. Considerations: It is a bit tight on the ears, and probably could be cheaper -- considering they are just safety glasses.

The red lenses do pretty much what they say they will do, yet I am still a bit surprised that I can see that remaining 1% of both the blue and the green light. I had great expectations for the amber lenses as the copy online said they would eliminate 83% of the green light as well as 99% of the blue light. When they arrived, I saw on the insert in the box that they would only remove 50% of the green light. I compared them to the UVEX orange lenses I have been wearing for years and could perceive absolutely no difference in the amount of green light reaching my eyes. All three pairs of lenses that I purchased have foam around the edges and the bridge, the only part of which actually touches my face is the bridge part so there is no added comfort or light tightness provided by the foam to what I get from my UVEX lenses that have no foam. Considering that the UVEX lenses are about 1/3 the price, and actually fit better since they have adjustable length arms, I am very disappointed in my SafetyBlue purchase. That said, UVEX does not seem to offer red lenses so I do wear the SafetyBlue reds late at night and will continue to do so. I was also disappointed with the cost and speed of shipping. As a Canadian customer, I was only offered, and accepted, delivery by FedEx when I ordered them but it turned out they were shipped by USPS and Canada Post, which would explain the transit time.

Shipping is good. Quality of product sub bar as they seem broken without any damage done of my own. Thank you
