I am using the Senate before sleep. My sleep is improving and I drift off easier.

It's hard to know what to write without sounding cheesy. I have been using Sensate for 5 months and commenced with skepticism towards the claims of the company. I humbly recind my cynicism. My health and wellbeing has consistently improved during this time, alongside my energy levels and joy. It makes little sense to me but I remain grateful for the impact this has upon my quality of life and zest for living at every level.
