Got it quickly. It did not work for me. Made my head hurt, and even caused pain on the opposite side of my typical migraine. Return process was easy, and refund was issued two weeks after the company received my return. That is what the web site promised. Not sure why it should take two weeks for the refund, but that's a small quibble.

They're not as good as expected and very expensive also very heavy it falls off if you're not laying absolutely flat. Not very happy with this one. Loved the older ones however I had it for many years and it broke sadly I had to get another one.
