Relaxing effects are very quick, although I would like to have a way to know which intensity I put on the device before I use it, rather than while I’m using it. It can be very uncomfortable at times, with no way to control if the intensity has changed or not since I last used it.

I’m still trying to understand and see if it’s helping me. I’m not impressed by the app at all. I have to open and close it twice before it lets me use the prevent mode and it show in the app. The first time it starts the device but doesn’t sync with the app so that I can use the stabilize option. And then after I do a treatment that I started in the app, it says I have to add it to the treatment to log it. Which makes no sense. If I do the treatment, it should automatically be added.

I returned it. Awaiting my refund. It didn’t help my headaches but that’s not entirely on the device. I don’t believe they are migraines. That said, their app is also deeply flawed (beware if you’re using it as a log for headaches and medication) and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired (they said they called me for my one on one but they told me my phone number was “unreachable” (they didn’t call) - until I asked for an RMA to return the device - then they were able to call me and get through. Shocking. Anyway. The device itself may work for migraines. I don’t know. It felt weird but it didn’t help me.
