I purchased the new Cefaly after using my original for several years. It seemed that the newer version might have a stronger setting for migraine rescue relief. But the central difference I have noticed is that my original provided more warning that it needed a charge and lasted longer between charges. The new version just quits on me and leaves me without relief—-or it would have if I hadn’t kept my old, reliable original Cefaly. I’m so thankful I kept my original Cefaly, which really has been a game changer for my chronic daily migraines
