The product is truly fantastic, but what a terrible experience with the company. I had to contact customer service numerous times because the payment system wasn't working. And when my order was finally validated, there was no way to know when I would receive the electrodes (no package tracking). After 10 calendar days, I contacted customer service again, who informed me that the delivery time was TEN BUSINESS DAYS (I live 300km from the company headquarters in Belgium; I could have gone to pick them up myself 😅). In short, my subscription is a month late, and I haven't been able to use Cefaly for 10 days. It's unbelievable when you consider that this device is the only one in the world that is scientifically recognized and FDA-approved…

Personally, I like my original version 1 unit much better. The new app never seems to work, constantly looses connection, and drops data entered (migraine records, medication doses, etc). This unit is also not nearly as user friendly. I’m very disappointed that I had to spend so much money for an upgraded unit only because the company no longer makes the electrodes for it. And the upgraded unit is worse than the old unit. Disappointing! I rated it three stars though, because when the unit works, it’s great! It’s very effective, but unreliable.

The app is very buggy and annoying to use, but the device has been helpful

I'm not clear what to do because it's never supposed to be painful and it is painful when I go beyond 50%. I'm trying to do it for preventative care. I don't know if it's helping and I've done it for two months.

While CEFALY has helped with pain in the moment and while I have it on - it has not provided long lasting migraine relief after 3 months now. I have a chronic daily migraine that is constant and CEFALY has yet to help. Also, it falls off my head very easily and I can only use it while laying flat. Even with perfect care of the strips, they don’t last at all. Also, the app is awful.
