I am giving the product four stars since it does seem to be helping. There's just a lot of room for improvement with this product. If you can get one on a Black Friday sale, or your FSA covers it, it may be a good tool to add to your migraine toolbox. No one approach is a cure all for the complex condition of migraine, but it always helps to have yet one more tool int the toolbox. I would rate this tool as a "keeper."

Shipping was relatively quick and the item arrived on time.

Its a good product, but does not get rid of my migraines as good as I was hoping. The electrodes also do not last very long at all.

Overall customer service was great. However, the electrode pads I have used as directed and stored properly and they are wearing out way too fast.
