New version is heavy and my pads are wearing out faster because of the strain on them. Even when I lay down you can tell it's pulling. Charging is easier. I would have rather had no app vs a clunky app.

So far, I love my cefaly. It reduces my symptoms. However, I'm frustrated with the app. It often disconnects mid treatment. It frequently wont save my logs of migraines and treatments.

Love the Cefaly and the actual product. Your app and website are virtually unusable. Just awful glitches. To the point where it’s frustrating and not worth my limited screen time (can’t be on screen too much due to migraines). Please have your tech team make the app/website usable. Thanks!
