The gummies are a good product and I like to have them on hand. The customer service is excellent and they make sure to resolve any issues you may have. That being said, I have only had 1 shipping issue in the 2 years that I have ordered from them and they resolved it for me. The only issue I have is that the main source of communication is via email and it would be great to have someone to actually speak to.
