The site is easy to use and find what you need. If you are new there is advice, so no fault whatsoever. However the problem are the deliveries, if it’s in the uk excellent, in Europe namely Spain it can take forever. Last time nearly a month. So the site is a 5 but the delivery service is a 1. What’s the point of buying quite easily when then you’ll get the products next month, the excitement of getting something new is ruined due to the waiting. Need to improve that NPS.
