Love the packaging, it's so easy to use. I'm interested to see how easy the skincare refills will be. Ordering is easy and simple and I love how it remembers me. Freight to NZ is long but can't help that with worldwide shipping issues

I’m using the micro needle and plump up. Unfortunately I can’t say I got the wow factor. Maybe I was expecting too much. I was waiting on this dewy glowing skin. Which I didn’t achieve. Don’t get me wrong, I do have good skin anyway. Just can’t say I saw an improvement.

The cleanser is fabulous. . . when you can get it out! Please do something about the packaging. I'm a repeat customer, but I'm questioning whether to keep purchasing the product solely because of the packaging. When I try to put the Better Off refills into the old outer cartridge, it is awkward to use and difficult to get the product out once reloaded. There is so much hard plastic in those cartridges - it is really wasteful and environmentally unfriendly. With the serums, I don't know if you tested it in our hot dry climate (Australia) - but there is always a little dried up bit of product in the spout that you have to discard with each use. The product is too expensive to waste that little bit each time you use it. I've had this happen with the Boost up, the Plump Up and the Overnight Sensation. Please please rethink the packaging. It is a major prohibitor for me buying future Trinny London products - and I really love the products.

Good selection of beautiful products and really fast shipping! One thing you could do better is to stop stating at the top of the site that all duties, customs and taxes are included in the final price, this is misleading as it's not true for all. Kind of a nasty surprise for my (Norwegian) wallet and put a stop to me using your skincare going forward. Shame cause I really liked it. AI chatbot is also not great. Otherwise the website is pretty easy to navigate, informative and inspiring.
