Everything was great, I ordered a gift and something for myself. I was very happy with the product but the shipping fee was very high for Canada so I wouldn’t order again. I loved that it helped me pick my colours and then showed me them for every product on the site, it is a very good site.

I like browsing through the Trinny London site. It’s easy enough to use, however, I don’t like when I scroll over a heading and get something else. It feels like there are too many moving parts.

Visited the Doncaster store, presented well, afew people around. I walked in and was ask straight away if I needed help. Said I was looking around but needed to pickup some Claire BFF distress. Lady behind register then got what I needed and automatically gave me a sample and tpot as well which is good as sometimes I need to ask. Overall good experience but I really felt alittle disappointed that service not as friendly as they used to be. Felt just transactional, where as other makeup stores near by make you feel welcome with a smile and warmth.
