Bad product bad service

I'm disappointed in these products. I have fairly short hair and I have to use much more of the product than I anticipated. There is no way they will last as long as advertised. My hair feels and looks greasy the next day. Also, the bottles weren't even sealed when I received them, which I thought was odd. I won't be purchasing again.

I ordered for $40.00 and sent back without opening the box (2 mineral ultimate growth sprays). It was received and sent back it on 4/12/2021. I have yet to receive my refund. No, I do not have a tracking number because I took it to the post office and left it there without getting one. My name is Myrna S. Torres and my address is 442 SW Baoy Avenue, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953. I continue to complain about this and am not getting any feed back except that a tracking number is needed when in fact I continue to say I don't have one. If I do not get my refund I WILL put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! It's $40.00 not $4.00!!!
