Love the product, disappointed in the customer service.
I love my Hairlocs, the product is excellent and the shipping is (usually) fast, I do, however, have a customer service issue.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered 10 packs of dark brown I tip tubes, and 10 packs of light brown. When I got my order, the dark brown ones were wrong (they were instead the weft beads.) I was assured that the correct beads would arrive by Friday, as I had a client getting extensions on Sunday. They did not arrive. This is not why I am most disappointed, though. I was waiting for the shipping label to send the wrong ones back, and when I received the email with the shipping label (which I didn't receive until a week later, well after my client was supposed to get her extensions), I was informed that my account would be placed on hold, until the wrong beads I had received were shipped back. This just disappoints me because none of this was caused by me, and I had to reschedule a 3 hour extension job. I needed to place an order and was unable to do so because my account was frozen and had to use a different company to get the hair in time. I tried to contact customer service by using the "contact us"in the website and received nothing back. At first it seemed like everything was going to work out, but it did not at all. As it turned out, I had to use the wrong color beads for the client's rescheduled appointment because I didn't receive the correct ones in time.
I would rather have taken this up in private, but after no response from customer service , I received an email the very next day, asking me to review my last order/experience stating that the CEO reads all the reviews. If this is the only way to get a response, so be it.
Again, I love Hairlocs hair and the beading system is the best I've ever seen. These extensions stay in and the hair is beautiful, and stays that way. The product gets 5 stars from me, I am just disappointed in their customer service.
