Unfortunately I received the welcome gift after me first purchase! The swatches would have helped me choose a better match! But I was able to tone the choice I made to accommodate the client! The hair is very soft and seems to be of good quality! I will be applying this hair to my client in the next day or so! So for so good! I like the packaging it could look a little more sophisticated, The website is mostly easy to find what I’m looking for. The service is good but seems a little confusing since one time I called before I Received my swatch ring and then I called again to order and didn’t get any help with how to order the right color. I love the hair my clients love the hair with that being said I would love to see more stylist-hairloc relationships! Thank you
