Everything has been great so far! And I really appreciate all that you're doing to help new and experienced hair stylists who are aspiring to learn how to do extensions without the massive price tag. I also love how many different color options you offer! My welcome package did take some time to get here, but I didn't think it was an issue on your end, just that it's Christmas time and the mail/delivery people are overwhelmed. Haha.
