I'm not sure if you received my first e mail. I received miss labeled hair, the 2 tape-ins bags and the 2 I-tip bags are suppose to be #19 and are definitely not. Please re send me the correct color asap. I've attached pics. Thank you JoAnn Frost

Using 5 packages of i-tips. I wish the hair strands were a bit thicker to make a fuller look after being cut to length. Over all the quality is pretty good and I would use again!
