SumBum service is above and beyond. On one of my orders, one of my items was shipped incorrectly. Within a few days of contacting them, I had received an emailing apologizing for the mistake, and the corrected item was on the way!

I never leave reviews haha. Actually the best lip balm. I’ve tried so many American and European ones, and this is the only one that doesn’t have a weird taste, leave a white cast, or break me out around my mouth. I paid more for shipping than I did for the actual lip balm because it’s only sold on their website, and I’d still buy it again. I genuinely haven’t found anything better.
