So far no complaints. Shipping was as expected. Products are nice, great material.

Other than having to go on a waiting list, due to the popularity of the Traveler. I gave away 3 of these as Christmas stocking stuffers. My wife and daughter haven’t picked up their Stanley’s since. A coworker showed me hers during a meeting and by the time that meeting was over I had pre-ordered 3 mugs. They arrived as promised before Christmas. My daughter says she loved her Stanley and the Traveler fixes all of its problems.
