Send way too much conditioner but as a good side effect the shampoo seems to help my rosacea. Haven’t seen much of a change in my hair which might be a good thing.

The customer service is beyond amazing but the product has yet to prove itself

I’ve been using the serum for over a year and enjoy it as part of my routine. It feels good on the scalp and smells amazing. I started losing my hair a decade ago and while I won’t say the serum has magically regrown hair, I do think it has helped significantly slow additional hair loss and my scalp and hair feel healthy (with no side effects unlike my experience with rogaine). I’ll keep using it forever if I can.
