Great customer service! I left a review explaining that I want seeing results with the serum after a few months but was going to continue for a couple more. Customer service reached out to me and gave me a free consultation. I was asked some questions about my hair and what products I was using. I was then given some tips and information. I was really impressed with this service. At no time was I pressured into buying any additional products or to continue with the serum. I had already decided to continue using the serum for a couple more months prior to the consult and I'm glad I did because I am now finally seeing results as several months!
