Website would not recognize my email address or password. Total balls up for customer service. Which low ball bidder subcontractor was this farmed out to?

Mars is not the 1st company to include Indemnification in its Terms & Conditions that customers must either agree to or walk away from the financial & legal risk. If at all possible, I walk away. Cocoa Via isn’t worth the risk. Indemnification is very Customer-UNfriendly.

I am a disappointed as I left a query for you a few days ago . I got a lovely early response saying someone would get back to me, but nothing has happened. My question was how to get hold of Cocoavia in UK - I have previously imported it from USA but there seems to be no stocks on the Vitamin internet stockist I used. And I cannot buy from your own Cocoavia US site???

After opening the 1st bottle in my order, one of the upper capsules was cut & deformed. Why is that? It does not seem safe.

I already have sent email with a claim. I bought a subscription for 90 capsules and changing the agreement you are only sending 60 capsules. I understand the dossis change, but I need the 90 capsules from my subscription.
