Very good product and love all the good things that it does for you.

I add a packet of Cocoa Via Unsweeetened Dark Chocolate, a teaspoon of homemade chai spice mix, and cream to a cup of coffee in the morning. The result is a chocolaty, Indian coffee. Wakes me up.

The Goodness Knows bars are our favorite. They taste great, have protein, and are gluten free.

These are the primary snack for my 14yo son on his way to swim practices before and after school and meets Funny thing is he doesn't really like.almonds or cranberries!!! This is one of the few places I can find Goodness Knows bars for decent price.
