I subscribe to Consumers Lab which independently analyze supplements and CocoaVia consistently rates at the top of dark chocolate powders not only for having the most of the beneficial properties but also for having the least of the hazardous contaminates .

I get several glasses of water mixed with Cocoa Via from one packet. It encourages me to drink more water with the added benefit of Cocoa Via in it !

I put it in smoothies.

Excellent product; I use it daily.
