I enjoy the Goodness Knows Cranberry & Almond (with dark chocolate) snack squares. I like that they are low in saturated fat, only 1.5g., 0mg of cholesterol, and 3g of protein.

Love coca viva and have a cup every morning. They sent me a free sample cranberry chocolate bar with my last order. It tasted very good. the only reason I did not order any is because it taste so good I would probably eat the whole container of them at once. I have problem I can not just stop at one.
