Terrible customer service

Returned less than 30 days from order date and sent registered mail! Still have not vote. An email not any info on refund! I received product on 10th and took days to receive method for return! I tried on one tiny spot! 2 drops each bottle so way less than 10% used’. Would love to order skin serum and cream again but want this dealt with first! Company reputation means the difference on this choice
