I have used this product before. I ordered it once to try it and I liked it. So I ordered on autoship and added a fe other products. I spent $500+ 45 days ago. I have still not received my product. AND then my auto ship was charged for another $382 15 days ago and have not received that either. I've reached out to customer service several times and they've assured me the product is coming but evey time I look at tracking label all it says it "Label Created" so I am not convinced they have even shipped my product. I am disappointed and not a satisfied customer. If you are from Aseir and reading this, you should absolutely reach out and see how you can make this right with me. You all act as if me spending $800+ on your products is chump change and that the delayed shipping is no big deal. I feel like this company is not taking very good care of me.

Shipping took over two months and part of my product bundle was missing from the order. Quite disappointed.

Product is expensive and had mo improvement

I like the products but the bottle of blue cream I had broke and I haven't had much luck getting a response from their customer service. The pump no longer works to pump cream from the bottle and the top of the bottle is too narrow to scoop it out. I am surprised that for their price point they don't have bottles that are designed better.

Terrible company. Horrible customer service. Bad policy. Worthless product
