The Melatonin worked!
I used to have pretty bad sleep, usually 5-6 and a half hours a night and I always felt tired. I was honestly really skeptical of taking melatonin since I really didn’t believe It’d make any substantial difference but BOI I was so wrong. I’m now often sleeping maybe just 2-4 hours only because when I finally decide I want to get up I’m so well rested I honestly cba for the rest of the hours. Im already so ready to wake up and start the day. I honestly needed many a-minute of silence just to process the fact I really have been sleeping so poorly for so many years now and yet it didn’t have to be that way. Dam.
