Took a chance and I am not disappointed. Much more durable than any glass bottle I've tried. Easy to hold even with the spikes and filled to capacity.

My latest bkr order came beautifully packaged as usual in just about 4 days which is awesome since I’m on the opposite coast! I was delighted that I was able to use Apple Pay! I’m one who has constant dry or chapped lips and literally love 24/7 in some kind of balm. The bitten lip balm is so gorgeous! It’s what I’ve been searching for since philosophy discontinued their original red lip balm which looked the same dark color in the tube but tinted the lips only slightly enough to look healthy and natural. This is it but in a much better balm that lasts longer. Buy it! Don’t be afraid of the color in the case! It’s slight and sheer and gives a very beautiful, healthy natural color, and with amazing balm benefits! And please I beg you never to discontinue this color! You really nailed it with this one ❤️ My favorite by far!

I LOVE my bkr bottles and the PWB. I’m seriously addicted. I have 10 bottles and 5 balms now, and there’s always another one I want. The website is easy to navigate, ordering is easy, and shipping is pretty fast-although admittedly, never soon enough for me. My orders always come securely packed and safe and I’m always confident in ordering from here. Also, Tal is like the best friend you never knew you needed. Her Tal talks on IG are EVERYTHING. They give me life and I seriously look forward to them. She is so relatable and is so much more than the head of a water bottle company. I’m a woman who is also a mom and a wife who is trying to be a good human, live a good life, teach my tiny humans to be good people and when she posts something, I feel seen. I hope I don’t sound creepy lol. But, I just think that she’s just a really, really good person and she makes me love BKR so much more.

I am so impressed with everything bkr does. The shipping is fast and the packaging is cute and makes everything I receive feel special. Seriously, y’all are amazing.

Pretty sure my friends are annoyed cuz I won't shut up about bkr (bottles + balm). The water bottles are functional, sturdy, and chic. I dropped my 1L bkr (forcefully, though accidentally, due to arms swinging while holding it) while walking down the street, but it survived with no cracks or scratches+the sleeve cleaned up easily! Despite my user error, it held up well. The balm literally saved my lips (painful splitting+flaking to supple and smooth), even when not using it every day. Plus, it adds a delightful put-together look+feeling to my ensemble - no matter the attire. At one point, one of my orders needed to be turned around due to a shipping issue. Bkr's customer service was fast, efficient, and professional, and the issue was resolved in record time. Absolutely top notch quality, both regarding the product as well as the customer service. The hype around this company (and its products) is legit.
