Service is outstanding! I live across the country so I know I'll wait a bit longer for my purchases to get here. And let me say, I am okay with the wait. These are the best candles on the face of this earth . . . seriously! There's a scent for everyone and the sample(s) that come free with orders introduce us to potential new favorites . . . or a mini tin to pass on to a "new" Voluspa fan. I, personally, am done with the home goods stores -smelling every candle and maybe finding one I like. And then to find out they burn out long before the wax is gone, wicks are too short, etc. etc. With Voluspa, I pay for quality and I get my money's worth. I'm a customer for life!

The manager at Brea assisted me with all my purchases and she was amazing! I went to the Newport location and the girl that assisted was unhelpful and seemed as though I was bothering her. Needless to say, I went to Brea instead of purchasing from her.
