Although I love your products, I had to return my last shipment as a two month subscription is too much product for me. I returned the last package unopened on November 1st and my credit card has not been reimbursed. Will it take more than two weeks to complete a reimbursement to my card?

Haven't used it long enough to determine if I like it or not

I sooo love every single Chamonix product I have ever used. Chamonix does a great job with customer service. I stock up on products when they are on sale so I was fully stocked up on the triple action eye cream when somehow I inadvertently found myself getting a monthly subscription of the triple action eye treatment. My error - not Chamonix. Customer Service suggested that i "return to sender" when the box arrived and my account would be credited when Chamonix got the box back.
