The hair quality is excellent. I just wished you had more texture for some of my other clients. I also have found that the cylinders for the weft are way to small so I exchange them out for larger ones.

I love the quality of the hair. The customer service department has been wonderful. I got a personal call because part of my order was out of stock. They gave me the option to get it when it comes in or get a refund. They were very friendly. I was highly impressed with them being able to pull up my order as quickly as they did.
