I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the hair, my clients love it, I love it. It is super accurate to swatch, it is thick and luxurious, and very comfortable. The website is nice, easy to navigate. Customer service is great as well, since my certification came with 50% off codes, I had to call to get a new code, and they were very nice and helpful. Shipping was fast and all items were packaged perfectly!
