I think the website is easy to maneuver, shipping was relatively quick. After becoming certified I ordered ktips for myself to try out for my wedding and was pleased. The way I see it if your going to offer a hair service, you- yourself should test the product that way you have a personal review. I plan to try the Wefts out next. So far like I said I'm really pleased this far. :)

The hair quality is incredible with such a large selection of colors. The website is easy to navigate and the kits for certification have literally EVERYTHING you need! I love how fast the shipping is and how easy it is to contact customer service if you have ANY questions!
