Great product. I am 68 with dry sensitive skin and am very pleased with how hydrated my skin is. A little goes a long way and I am able to tolerate my retinol prescription without redness and peeling. I am pleased with the company's commitment to simplicity, both the product ingredients and the amount of products. The packaging is easily recycled. My first order came very quickly, the second was about 1 1/2 weeks. There are quite a few emails but at least one was personalized with an offer to answer questions. I hope I do not get the cloth bag with every order because I do not know what to do with it?

My face has never felt so clean. Hard to explain, but you get this amazing clean skin feeling without drying. My skim is typically clear but recently have had some issues. Possibly due to stress and perhaps from wearing a mask on top of it. Have been using the cleanser for 2 weeks and am noticing a difference for the better. Love the clean and minimal ingredients. The customer service was excellent and the hand written notes included with the products are a nice touch and much appreciated. Highly recommend.
