Also, the offer to send a trial size that allowed me to try the product before investing in it was great and much appreciated. It also worked (after trying, I ordered it). I love the concierge service and being able to send a free mini to a friend with each order. The One cream is incredibly hydrating yet it does not clog my pores. The products also smell natural, light and unique.

Love the product concept and the product itself. My skin looks hydrated and healthy and feels clean and fresh. I learned new things about the skin’s microbiome and how to best care for your skin! The glass bottles and the simple, clean scents of the products are wonderful.

Love your face wash but packaging needs a redesign.
