Genucel Skin Care

I find the entire program a little confusing and have called a few times to get a better understanding between Genucel and Chamonix. I thought I understood from the explanation I got on my last call but today I decided to edit next month's selection so went to my subscription on Genucel but the item I wanted was not on the drop down menu and the date of my August shipment was listed as 8/4. I had requested on the phone 8/10. So I left things as is and went to the Chamonix site and it showed 2 items to be shipped August 10. I deleted both and was able to enter the item I wanted, which is genucel RH Complex. So why would the genucel product be listed on the Chamonix site but not on the Genucel site? And why do I have 2 subscription sites? This is really confusing. I will call on the phone to get this straightened out but things like this require me to constantly be on top of what items I want each month.
