My delivery experience was terrible. I had rescheduled and followed up multiple times before I got the right order

The product wasn’t what I was told not happy with it

Horrible customer service and expect customer to disassemble chair and use a hammer to try to solve and issue that’s clearly a manufactured error! No help provided other than stating the same suggestions over and over again that are clearly not solving anything!

I received an additional invoice the day after I purchased over $3500 of tables saying I have $295 shipping charge to pay before they would send me the tables. Part of the reason why I was buying the tables was because it showed no charge for shipping. My invoice said free shipping so I did not appreciate the surprise shipping charge. They cancelled my order.
