The shipping company had an internal miscommunication and my chair wasn’t delivered the day it was supposed to be and I wasn’t informed that it wasn’t coming that day. I was a bit frustrated to have waited half the day for something that wasn’t coming. It was delivered the next day though and the delivery went smoothly.

I would like you to send me a new head rest please.

We really like it. My father in law sat on it for less than 10 minutes, and thought it was hard. We hope that is not the outcome with younger people.
