Fast delivery, great product and excellent customer service. I had to change the delivery date a day before and also switch the contact number. They accommodated with it all and gave great follow-up!

Great shipping experience.

I couldn't be more pleased with my entire experience from start to finish! The electric treatment beds that I ordered are fantastic, the custom-fitted covers are worth the money, and the customer service in absolutely 5 stars! Fast to coordinate COI and white glove shipping. Prices are also excellent for the top quality they provide. Bravo and well done DIR!

Great communication, fast and careful delivery.

This company has amazing customer service! I look forward to doing business with them again in the future for all my tattoo studio furniture needs!
