Team at DIR was very helpful on multiple occasions. First with cancelling the initial order after we used the wrong payment method. Second when we realized we needed to change the delivery date due to a scheduling conflict.

I’ve been tattooing for 30 years and I absolutely love this chair . Great price. It also goes up higher than most chairs so that’s great for someone tall like myself . I will definitely order more of these for the shop .

Very happy with the product and service.

Great company, highly recommend to all

Arrived in a timely manner and the assembly was easy.
