Excellent customer service

I absolutely love this pull-up. It exceeds all others I have tried over the years. The waist bands and, especially the leak guards are excellent and remind me of those found on the MegaMax. The inside is soft but the absorbs quickly and does a nice job of keeping the wetness away from the skin (even though I am a heavy wetter). I haven't yet tried them for sleeping given that I use the MegaMax for that. However, they handle muliple wettings throughout the day and are thus, cost effective in that regard. I may try them for bed soon. It's just that the front landing surface doesn't seem broad enough to handle a guy who sleeps on his sides, back and front over the course of the night that may produce a lot of wetting in any position. Nevertheless, I will give them a try at some point soon. I also want to give a "shout-out" to customer service, you folks are "top shelf. "
