First time with MRO Stop, Pobably Last
I ordered multiple items in the Parker Ferulok fitting line and received a confirmation email that the order was placed, then I heard nothing for a week. At this point I contacted customer service to find out the order was half in the mail, partially drop shipped from the manufacturer, and partially back ordered. A no point did I receive an email or call notifying me of any of this, nor did the website say items weren't in stock. When I talked to Rod in customer service all he could repeatedly say was, "Its not our fault". Kinda seems like MRO Stop's fault doesn't it, seeing as they are the supplier and website owner? I did save some money by using MRO Stop that's why its 2 stars not 1. My local Parker supplier had everything in stock, so my frugality cost my business, and subsequently my customer, time and money. I still do not have all the parts from my order, as one is still on backorder from May 31st.
