I recently installed some undermount drawer slides in a new bathroom vanity I built, using a jig by Rockler. The jig came with two 2.5mm bits, which are small, and which of course broke. No metric bits were available locally, and Rocker wanted $3.65 each. Drills and Cutters had the bits at a fraction of the cost and shipped them out the same day. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Always prompt with answers. I asked for an item they didn't stock on a Friday night. They were closed for the weekend but the person on live chat had me an answer first thing Monday morning. Can't beat it.

I have shopped around for drill,taps, and other machine shop items, and have found these guys to be helpful and have good products at a fair price
